Entries are limited per class.  We will hold a waiting list.

Closing date for entries is Wednesday before the event.  No Entries on the day.

Those who do not phone for times may have their place given to someone on the waiting list.

The land owners, organisers or their officials will not be held responsible for any accidents or damage to persons, horses or property
   arising from any cause whatsoever connected with these Events.
Persons attending do so entirely at their own risk.
Hard Hats MUST be worn at all times when mounted conforming to PAS015, BSEN 1384 or ASTM F1163, correct footwear MUST be worn.
An effective Body Protector and Medical Armband must be worn on the Cross-Country Phase.
The judge’s decision is final.
Each competitor must carry their own insurance liability whether a Pony Club / Riding Club / BHS or independent.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any class, and reserve the right to alter the schedule and to close or cancel
   classes.  The organisers will not issue refunds.
